I’m really starting to get into the workout groove now. It’s getting easier and my muscles are not hurting so much. I did notice today that my knees are sore in a different way than before. I’m going to call it a night and turn in. I’m really looking forward to Sunday. That’s a total rest day. Oh Yeah!
Day 4 workout is done! Today’s workout was a recovery one filled with some intense stretching. I was not able to do all the moves exactly as directed, but I was able to do more than the time before. I can really feel the burn in my leg muscles. I plan to weigh in on Sunday morning. That will mark one week into the program. I wonder how many times I will have to do this program to get to my final goal weight. I’ve heard of a few people doing the program 2 or more times. Each time getting better and better results.
