Weigh In :)

I’m so happy to report that I’ve lost a few more lbs. 4.2 lbs. from my last weigh in. That brings the total to 22.2 lbs. At this rate I will finally be under 300 lbs. in a month. I’m looking forward to that. The 300 lbs. mark has always been a kind of road block for me. I’m confident that I have the knowledge and knowhow to conquer it this time. I will continue to watch what I eat and go on my walks. I will make sure I drink plenty of water and I will avoid sugar and anything that will turn into sugar once it’s consumed.

I plan to start posting some pictures and videos again, now that my progress has caught up to where it was months ago.

Weigh in Results

I weighed in on Saturday and I was down 3 more lbs. I feel good and I am relieved that the weight is finally coming off regularly. I can’t describe in words how good if feels to finally understand how to eat correctly. A major burden has been removed from my life. I no longer fear food or gaining weight. I have even gone out a few times and was successfully able to order something healthy from the menu. The trick there is to just not eat the unhealthy parts of the meal. Just leave them on the plate and relax.

I’m still working on getting my shopping lists and meal plans together. I will try to post them soon.
