Party Food

I’ve talked about this before, but It’s important. I went to a kids B-Day party over the weekend. Hot Dogs, Buttered Popped Corn and Cup Cakes. I had a good good time with my family. I was able to enjoy myself without obsessing over the rich foods. I’m really happy that I’m finally able to understand how food works. The only thing left now, is to just live my life and the weight will slowly drop off over time. I will keep posting my progress here on my blog. I plan to start making some videos and posting my progress pictures as well.

I’ve been asked to post some shopping lists and some of my meals. I will work on that for next time.
